Branding
SCREEN PRINTING
The process whereby a logo is exposed into a mesh
screen. Ink is then placed onto the screen and squee-
gee pushes the ink through the screen in the areas
where the logo has been imposed.
PAD PRINTING
Printing process that transfers 2D image onto a 3D
object. The unique properties of the silicone pad enable it
to pick the image up from a flat plane and transfer it to a
variety of surfaces, such as cylindrical, spherical,
compound angles, textures, concave, or convex surfaces.
UV PRINTING
UV Printing is a form of digital printing that uses Ultra-vi-
olet lights to dry or cure the ink as it is printed. The
printing method is best for branding that involves grada-
tion effect and articles that need edge to edge printing.
DIGITAL PRINTING
A method of printing from a digital-based image directly
to a variety of media. It usually refers to professional
printing where small run jobs from desktop publishing
and other digital sources are printed using small /
large-format and / or high-volume laser or inkjet printers.
HEAT TRANSFER PRINTING
A digital image is printed onto a special vinyl surface,
which is then placed into the product. The product is then
placed in a heat press machine, where heat will merge
the vinyl and the product.
3D ENGRAVING
3D Laser engraving, which is a subset of laser marking, is
the practice of using lasers to engrave letters, logo or
even images inside the crystal which will be scaled to size
and reproduced with exactly defined strokes.
